Forest Heath Site Allocations Local Plan

The Site Allocations Local Plan document identifies which sites should be developed, in order to achieve the visions and objectives of the Core Strategy, (including the outcomes of the Single Issue Review to Policy CS7, which is considering the quantum, phasing and distribution of housing growth specifically). This Local Plan document includes proposals for new housing, employment, shopping and other development, together with other uses of land such as parks and open spaces.

The Forest Heath Local Plan documents were submitted to the Secretary of State for examination on 24 March 2017

The Planning Inspectorate has appointed two Planning Inspectors to examine the submitted Plans.

They are Inspector Simon Berkeley BA MA MRTPI and Inspector Christa Masters MA(HONS) MRTPI.
