The Fresh Pod will be delivered to households during the week commencing Monday 24 July 2017.
If you are one of the lucky households to receive a Fresh Pod please register it and complete the survey for your chance to be entered into our prize draws.
If you have difficulties with putting your bins out for collection and there is no-one else to help you (for example, you live alone and you are elderly or have a medical/physical condition), we may be able to provide you with an ‘assisted collection’ whereby the crews will come on to your property to collect the bin, empty it and return it to you. Your bins must be no more than 20 meters from the roadside.
The criteria for your need for an ‘assisted collection' will be reviewed annually and may be withdrawn if your need changes.

How long will it take for my assisted collection to be set up?
We aim to set up assisted collections for customers within fourteen working days of receiving your completed application.
